What Does Next-Level Civic Leadership Look Like?

During SXSW EDU and SXSW Interactive, Leadership Austin brought together changemakers, innovators, and community leaders from around the world for two Civic Leadership Meetups focused on the future of leadership.

Building on the conversations from our Next-Level Leadership discussion, attendees explored what it takes to lead effectively in an increasingly complex and connected world. More than 40 participants shared their perspectives, offering insights shaped by experiences across industries, sectors, and communities.

The result was a dynamic exchange of ideas about the skills, mindsets, and values leaders will need to navigate change, build trust, foster collaboration, and create meaningful impact in their communities.
