Anyone! Open Courses are designed for professionals, community leaders, and lifelong learners — whether you’re new to Leadership Austin or already part of our network.

Do I need to take them in order?

No, each course stands alone. Choose what interests you most or aligns with your current leadership goals.

Can my whole team attend?

Absolutely. Many organizations register small teams to build shared skills and improve communication. Contact us if you’d like to offer training on-site and customized for your company.

How long are the courses?

The time commitment for each course is 3 hours. A few introductory courses are only 90 minutes.
