Application process overview:
- Applications open April 1 – June 15, 2026.
Please note: If you apply by April 30, your application fee will be waived.
Application Checklist:
- Review our program pages and choose which program is right for you. Please note that Essential and Emerge applicants cannot be candidates for public office.
- Attend one of our upcoming Info Sessions.
- Download a sample application document. Prepare your application in a separate document, and be sure to save your final application.
- View the Scholarship Request Forms for your selected program.
- Request letters of recommendation.
- Pay your application fee ($45).
Please note: If you apply in April or if you are reapplying to a program, your application fee is waived.
