We are excited to be posting a new position for the organization in a Chief Program Officer (CPO). The CPO will oversee all the programmatic efforts of our core programs (Essential, Emerge, Engage, Experience Austin, Equip, Alumni). by building on our established strengths while simultaneously evolving our offerings to match a post-pandemic environment. We are looking for someone who can honor the strengths in a variety of programmatic components and lead efforts to build a coherent whole that will be evolving during this time of change.
This position will find the support of a high-functioning Board, committed staff partners and a strong alumni network of community resources to draw from.
