What has been the impact?
For more than five years, Leadership Austin has answered the call issued by former Mayor Steve Adler to provide meaningful community education around belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion. More than 3,000 individuals have attended a seminar Leadership Austin has convened in support of the Task Force on Institutional Racism & Systemic Inequities (Final Report, 2017). Thank you community, learners, and partners for making this program so impactful. We have come a long way and yet, the work is not nearly finished.
