Leadership Austin is all about relationships. We are always looking for ways to ensure our alumni are grounded in relationships across sectors, experiences and geography, and our annual events are the best – and most fun – way to do that. There is no agenda at this annual alumni-only gathering held in late November or early December. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to reconnect and enjoy an evening together with fellow alumni and community supporters. The Holiday Party is a free alumni event.
At this annual spring event, we honor two Leadership Austin alumni and one non-alumni leader who exemplify our core values in their commitment to the community. Hear each honoree speak about their leadership journey, with proceeds benefiting Leadership Austin programs. Click here to see previous honorees. The Community Engagement Reception is a ticketed event.
The largest event we host is also, as the name implies, the best one. More than 500 alumni and Leadership Austin partners come together late spring/early summer to celebrate each other. There is great food, a live DJ, the Famous Donut Wall and the Leadership Austin signature cocktail – The 1979. All proceeds benefit the Leadership Austin scholarship fund. The Best Party Ever is a ticketed event.

Share your contact information and connect with other alumni! The directory is searchable by name, program year, industry, company name, and alumni interest. Access the directory in the alumni portal via the “Login” link at the bottom of every page on our website. Every alumnus already has portal account. If you are unable to access your account contact Erin – please don’t create a new account!
