June 8 | Hiring Challenges, Trends & Strategies in Central Texas

Dissatisfaction with management, working conditions, and work-life balance — are all possible reasons why this country has moved into an era called the “Great Resignation.” According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, over 4 million workers resigned in the month of March. As businesses and companies begin to slowly emerge from a time of uncertainty, many of them must also grapple with finding new strategies and approaches to hire and retain their staff. Through the pandemic, experiences led some workers to re-evaluate life priorities and reduce working hours or leave the labor force entirely.

In this upcoming Engage series, the panel will
● Discuss their experiences with hiring and retention amid the Great Resignation.
● Provide tips and strategies on how employers can improve their hiring practices.
