The Leadership Austin Board of Directors adopted a new Strategic Plan on May 28, 2024 that amplifies our vision: A future where all people and communities contribute to a better Central Texas. 

Shaped by alumni and community voices, our new Strategic Plan maps out three pathways:

1. Elevating Central Texas and our regional problem-solving capacity;
2. Go-To Leadership Community that develops and activates leaders throughout their lifetime; and
3. Building a Sustainable Future that centers community and access to leadership opportunities.
