How does it work?

  • Convene monthly for 2.5 hours (in person with 1-2 virtual
    gatherings):
    • Half Day Kickoff
    • 3 sessions on Modern Leadership
    • 2 sessions on Peer Problem Solving & Innovation
    • 1 session (or more) on topic chosen by the group
    • 2 executive coaching sessions included ($500 value)
    • 1 30-minute consultation for Leading Better in the Workplace
    • “Walk and Talk” one-on-ones before/after encouraged
