Leadership Austin has been strengthening and transforming Greater Austin since 1979. Our programs prepare leaders with the skills to lead, an understanding of the issues, and a strong network with which to connect and serve the community.

While Leadership Austin has a model that offers earned income through fees for program participation, the quality of the curriculum and the caliber and expertise of our faculty would not be possible without corporate sponsorships, foundation support, individual giving, and the commitment of our volunteers.
