We are excited to see you December 9, 2021 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. for our annual Holiday Party! It has been 20 long months since we have gathered together and we can’t wait to connect, catch up and celebrate. In order to ensure that we stay safe and meet the needs of all those in attendance, please see below for COVID protocol, directions, parking details, and other event information.

Attire | It’s the Holiday Party and anything goes. Come after work, your workout, or on your way out! Wear fun and festive, comfortable clothes and come join us! There will be space both indoors and outdoors to accommodate all our guests. Please dress to your desired location.
Food and Beverage | We will have wonderful bites and beverages for this holiday celebration. Most culinary and dietary requirements are accommodated. We will host a lite bar of beer, wine, holiday cocktail and mocktail, tea and water.
Parking | Pay to park parking is available on all surrounding streets and is free after hours. Additional parking can be found at the McBee parking garage. Parking Details Here
Celebration Gift | Haven’t joined us this year with a gift in honor of your class, this year’s class, to support scholarships or to strengthen Leadership Austin’s overall programs? Don’t worry. Our Holiday Giving Trees will have lots of options for you to choose from such as volunteering your time and providing one hour of scholarship or you can donate today.
Vaccination Record or Negative Test | When you arrive, you will be asked to show your vaccination record or proof of a negative COVID test result in the last 72 hours. Physical, digital, or photo versions of your chosen record will be accepted.
Select & Wear A Wrist Band | Upon entering, you can choose from three wrist bands colors.
RED BAND – You would like to stay socially distanced and ask guests to give you some physical space.
YELLOW BAND – You would like some personal space and elbow bumps are welcomed.
GREEN BAND – You are comfortable with handshakes and hugs are welcomed.
Masks | Masks are optional and will be available.
