The pandemic continues to disrupt our school communities amplifying inequities in our education system – from digital divides, uneven distribution of resources, to the basic health and wellness needs of students, families and educators. Inevitably, this crisis has presented more challenges than answers. Still, the biggest question remains: how can we ensure that post pandemic education does not return to business as usual, but instead focuses on future strategies and innovations that reduces inequities, creates stronger community cohesion and fortifies our education system?
