Quality Childcare and Work Support
The Austin Community Foundation recently released a report, Quality Child Care – An Essential Work Support for Women which says that “quality child care offers a critical two-generation workforce support—increasing the stability and strength of today’s workforce, while building the learning capacity of our future workforce”. However, the Greater Austin region lacks quality childcare options to meet all the needs of all children and families in our community. Join us to discuss key findings in the report and highlight solutions to increase access to quality childcare.
