We hope you will join us for our next Meet the Leader session with Dr. Colette Pierce Burnette, the new President and CEO of Huston-Tillotson University. The Meet the Leader series provides an intimate gathering to give alumni the opportunity to meet an important figure in our community. Dr. Colette Pierce Burnette became the first female president of the merged Huston-Tillotson University and only the second female president in the institution’s 140-year history. She earned her Master of Science Degree in Administration with honors from Georgia College in Milledgeville in 1983 after completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio State University in Columbus in 1980. She completed an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration at the University of Pennsylvania in August 2015.
