This month, the Engage Breakfast Series will cover Women in Leadership. Austin has more women at the helm of local government and businesses than at any time in its history, but “glass ceiling” issues still loom large in our community and across the country. The gender gap has narrowed, but is alive and well in 2015. Three influential people, on the front lines helping women reach their true potential as leaders, will take the stage at our next breakfast. It promises to be an inspirational, lively discussion as we shine the light on some of the real issues facing women today and look at possible solutions.
